| THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE FOR THE BENEFIT OF AND PROTECTION OF BOTH THE BUYER AND THE SELLER. This is a guarantee for the health of the puppy for the FIRST YEAR as any hereditary or genetic defects usually occur during this time in small breeds. Every reasonable care has been taken by the seller to insure the puppy is in good health. Puppies do stress during moves to new homes, change of diet, also from over handling and can bring on things that are dormant such as but not limited to Worms and/or Earmites and /or Internal or Extrernal Paraistes and/or Coccidiosis/Giardia and/or hypo which are treatable, and not reasons for return or complaints they are common factors in any small dogs of any breeds depending on their stress they endure.. The buyer must have the puppy checked by a veterinarian within 48 hours of the date of purchase. Puppies, whose age at the date of the sale precludes completion of the scheduled series of vaccinations, must have the remainder of vaccinations completed by the purchaser ON TIME, in order to protect the puppy and for his/her health guarantee to remain valid. A timetable for necessary vaccinations will accompany the puppy. The puppy has some immunity from the parvo disease from the mother and if the puppy has had a vaccination for parvo, it also has some immunity. But, because parvo is such a contagious disease, the puppy can be exposed to the disease in any public place or even on your own property without you knowing it. It is EXTREMELY important that you watch your puppy and be EXTREMELY cautious where you allow your puppy to go, and who touches the puppy until it is completely safe from the PARVO virus. The first vaccination is given at 6 weeks and the second at 9 weeks and the third at 12 weeks. After that parvo and rabies shots should be given annually. The puppy should NOT be exposed to premises known to be or suspected of being contaminated nor should the puppy be exposed to unhealthy animals until vaccinations are complete. |
| *IF THE ABOVE TERMS ARE NOT ADHERED TO, THE PURCHASER FORFEITS HIS/HER RIGHTS, AS THE BREEDER CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSSIBLE INFECTIOUS EXPOSURE WHEN THE PUPPY/DOG IS NOT IN THE BREEDER'S CARE. MIKE DOPP /CAROL LARGENT must be notified IMMEDIATELY by the Vet of any genetic or hereditary problems. A written report from the vet identifying the problem MUST accompany the return of the puppy. Failure to return this written report within 24 hours of exam VOIDS this contract. Our vet will confirm any problems. Failure to have the puppy examined by a vet within the stated 48 hours from purchase date or any evidence of neglect, abuse or mishandling of the puppy will AUTOMATICALLY release MIKE DOPP/CAROL LARGENT from the responsibility regarding the puppy. If ever a replacement is deemed necessary due to a hereditary or genetic defect, it will be made for the same value, and sex unless the purchaser pays the difference of a more valuable puppy. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS. A letter from a licensed vet is required with such problem stated in order for a replacement to be made to the purchaser. Should a death occur due to unknown reasons, an autopsy (paid for by purchaser) must be performed by a licensed vet, and a copy of such report forwarded to seller before determining if a replacement will be made. Since Pnetuella Knee is a common factor among the toy breed and smaller ones we can no longer guarentee againest this due to it can be brought on by jumping and cllimbing stairs. Because of this we no longer will include this in our genetic guarentee. Puppies are like children, they are susceptible to pneumonia, colds, and other infections due to drafts, cold temperatures, etc. Another problem in small puppies is HYPOGLYCEMIA, which is brought on by a number of reasons: some are but not limited to: playing too much, not eating properly, the stress of being moved to a new home or just being handled too much by children or adults. These conditions are ALL AT THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. This contract is null and void in the event of an accidental injury to said puppy. Small puppies are VERY fragile and accidents do happen. Every precaution should be exercised in handling small puppies, as their bones are tiny and easily injured. People often want to know the exact size, color or personality of a puppy when it is grown. I can only estimate that by going by previous litters and the parent's characteristics. For this reason, I make no claims as to the mature size, color or disposition of said puppy and no other claims or verbal agreements about this puppy's development, unless noted below the sell's name. If you choose to breed or show your pet, that is fine, that is your choice. However, seller will not be deemed liable if pet is infertile or unfinishable for any reason. We represent our puppies as beautiful loving pets only and do not guarentee them to be show quality. Fertility and finish ability of said puppy, male or female, is not guaranteed as these puppies are sold as pet quality puppies not for show, breeding, etc. A lot of care, love and time has been given to this puppy prior to its adoption. Please make SURE you are willing to make this same commitment. DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF MIKE DOPP/CAROL LARGENT AFTER THE PURCHASER TAKES POSSESSION OF THEIR NEW PUPPY, THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED WITH THIS GUARANTEE: Problems resulting from parasites both internal and external and heartworms, coccidosis, earmites, giardia and hypo.. Temperament problems resulting from improper training, lack of socialization or abuse. Any other condition effecting a dog due to improper care, handling, feeding, training, or environmental influences, etc. Also hernias, ears, standing and breeding ability . Also I ask everyone if they are wanting a pet or breeder if you misrepresent yourself and are a breeder, then this guarantee is null and there will be no refunds or no replacement puppies. WE HOPE YOU HAVE MANY YEARS WITH YOUR NEW FRIEND!! WHOEVER SAID THAT YOU CAN'T BUY LOVE NEVER BOUGHT A POODLE!! By signing this contract, the buyer agrees to ALL the terms listed in the above contract. Also, as a breeder, I do reserve the right to limit the registrations on my puppies if I feel it is needed and buyers agree and know of this practice. A copy of this guarentee must be signed and on file with breeder to be valid. ATTENTION: Also this guarentee is non transferrable only valid to original purchaser of said puppy. |
It is the buyer's responsibility to complete this agreement...if it is not on file with us when you get your puppy it is not valid. |
