| Visiting pups in our home is not recommended by our vet or Carols heart physician. "Open House" with people coming in and out can bring in Parvo and other diseases on their hands, feet or clothing. This exposes whole litters as well as newborn puppies. Also our home is considered my "safe zone" as Carol is prone to infections due to her heart condition.. If you would like to come to see our puppies you are welcome, if we feel they are old enough and it is safe. Mike or Carol will be happy to visit with you and let you see the available litters in the comfort of your car or outside playing in the yard. Please do not be offended if you are asked to sanitize your hands prior to holding them. |
| Due to economy we have lowered our prices on our prespoiled house raised babies. We guarantee our puppies to be healthy and pet quality when they leave our home. And will be happy to provide new owners a vet health certificate at their expense but we do not guarantee against the common things in small breeds. We have carefully selected our breeders and if any problems exist then we do not breed them but we place them in pet homes. Here is what we do not consider and that is Worms and/or Ear mites and /or Internal or External Parasites and/or Coccidiosis/Giardia and/or hypo which are all treatable, and not reasons for asking to return or to complain about due to the fact they are common factors in small dogs of all breeds and depending on the stress they endure in transition to new home . Also fertility and breeding ability is not guaranteed as we raise our babies and guarantee them as pet quality pups. We do not guarantee bite or testicles as bite can change as they mature and get rid of baby teeth and also on the males their testicles can be down and as they mature can go back up on our females we cannot guarantee fertility and due to the fact of patella knee being common in the small breeds and if they are allowed to jump around a lot and climb stairs at young ages before they mature we can not guarantee knees once they leave our possession because we do not know what they have been subjected to.. These are all too common in the small dogs of all breeds. And we will not refund or exchange on any dog for any of the above reasons. Please read and understand these policies before purchasing. |
